Paco's Tacos is a family-owned catering business based in San Bruno, started by Francisco to share the flavors of his Jalisco upbringing with his community. Francisco, fondly nicknamed Paco by his friends and family, realized there was a growing love for his cooking and the way it brought people together. He decided to create Paco's Tacos to share his recipes with everyone. Today the business is run by Francisco's son, Cesar, who loves connecting with his Mexican roots through his father's recipes.
